We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for SubtitleShift Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase - no questions asked.

The 14-day period begins at the time your payment is completed and your license key is issued. This policy ensures you have adequate time to evaluate the Pro features while preventing abuse of our refund system.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests received after this period cannot be honored.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@subtitleshift.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction ID (provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your license key (optional, but helps us process faster)
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional)

Please use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]"

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

  • Verification: We will verify your purchase and ensure it's within the 14-day window
  • Approval: Eligible refund requests are typically approved within 24 business hours
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor)
  • Refund Delivery: Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method and bank

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. After the 14-Day Window

Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase cannot be honored. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers and sustain ongoing development and support.

We encourage you to thoroughly test all Pro features within the first 14 days to ensure SubtitleShift Pro meets your needs.

5. License Key After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and will no longer unlock Pro features. Any devices where the license was activated will revert to the free tier upon the next license validation check.

You may not use the license key or Pro features after receiving a refund.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle's payment system.
